• <IRL> provides fiscal hosting to collectives aligned with its mission to support Digital and Online Art.
• Hosted collectives retain full autonomy in decision-making, provided their activities align with <IRL>'s purpose.
• All funds must be used exclusively to create, exhibit, or otherwise support Digital and Online Art globally.
• <IRL> does not charge any host fee for fiscal hosting services.
• Transparency and accountability are expected. Hosted collectives must provide public updates on fund usage through the Open Collective platform.
